UK Delivery
Delivery is free and tracked on every order, to any address in the UK. Here is how the timings work from proof to doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is made in 4–6 business days after you approve the proof. Once it leaves production, tracked delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. Business days run Monday to Friday and exclude UK bank holidays.
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Quote and first proof | Within one business day |
| Proof changes | Depends on your replies |
| Production | 4–6 business days after approval |
| Tracked delivery | 2–3 business days |
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to any address in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including shops, homes, market units and commercial kitchens. We deliver to UK addresses only.
If you have a hard deadline, such as an opening day, mention it when you ask for a quote. If your packaging arrives damaged, our reprint and refund process explains what to do.
How is packaging packed for delivery?
Boxes and trays travel flat in outer cartons, which keeps them clean and easy to store. Papers and liners are packed in sealed bundles. Check the cartons when they arrive and keep them somewhere dry until you need them.
UK delivery: questions
Still unsure? Call +44 7578 382054, ask us on WhatsApp or write to info@thefoodpackaging.co.uk.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every order includes free tracked delivery to a UK address, with no minimum spend.
Can I collect my order instead?
Orders are delivered rather than collected, so you never need to arrange transport.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Some deliveries ask for a signature. If nobody will be on site, add a safe place or another address in your order notes.
Can you deliver to a market stall or event site?
Yes, as long as there is a UK address and someone to receive it. Give us the details and the date you need it.
Can I split an order between two addresses?
Yes. Tell us when you request the quote and we plan the delivery for both UK addresses.
What if I am not in when the delivery arrives?
The tracking link shows the options for rearranging. You can also reply to us and we help sort it out.
Will the packaging arrive flat?
Boxes and trays arrive flat and fold into shape quickly. Papers and bags arrive in bundles.
How much space will my order take up?
It depends on the item and quantity. Ask when you get your quote and we give you a rough carton count.
Do bank holidays affect delivery times?
Yes. Production and delivery run on business days, so a bank holiday adds a day.
Can I speed up my order?
Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we tell you honestly whether the timings work.
No question matches that search.
