Terms of Trade
These terms apply to every order. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear, ask us before you approve your proof.
How do quotes work?
Every price is given on a written quote for a stated item, size, material, print and quantity. Prices start from £0.25 per unit. The quote states how long it is valid, and a change to any detail may change the price.
What does approving a proof mean?
We send a free design proof before anything is made. When you approve it, you confirm the text, spelling, colours and layout are correct. We print what the approved proof shows.
When does production start?
Production starts once the proof is approved and payment is arranged as set out on your quote. It takes 4–6 business days.
How is the order delivered?
Delivery is free and tracked to any UK address and usually takes 2–3 business days after production. We deliver to UK addresses only. Timings are estimates and run on business days.
What if something goes wrong?
Misprints or damage reported within 10 days of delivery, with photos, are reprinted or refunded. Packaging that matches the approved proof cannot be returned, because it is made to your design. The steps are on our reprints and refunds page.
Who owns the artwork?
You must own or have permission to use any logo, text or image you send us. You keep the rights to your artwork. We use it only to make your packaging and keep it on file for repeat orders unless you ask us to delete it.
How is payment handled?
Payment terms are stated on your written quote. We confirm the total, including free delivery, before production starts.

Is a quote a binding contract?
No. A quote is an offer. The order is agreed when you approve the proof and payment is arranged.
Can prices change after I accept a quote?
Not for the details on the quote. If you change the item, size, print or quantity, we send a new price first.
What if I approve a proof with a mistake in it?
We print what the approved proof shows, so check names, prices and contact details carefully before you approve.
Are colours guaranteed to match my screen?
Screens and printed board show colour differently. We print to the references you give and flag likely differences on the proof.
Can I use a logo that belongs to someone else?
Only with their permission. You confirm you have the right to use every piece of artwork you send.
Is the production time guaranteed?
Production takes 4–6 business days after approval. If anything threatens that, we tell you straight away.
Who owns the printing plates or files?
Setup files are prepared for your order. Your own logo and artwork remain yours.
What law applies to these terms?
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
Can these terms be changed for my order?
Any change agreed for a specific order is written on that order's quote.
Do these terms apply to repeat orders?
Yes. Each repeat order is quoted and approved in the same way.
