What happens after you send the form?
A real person reads every enquiry. We check the item, the size and the print, then reply by email with a price per unit for your quantity. If anything is unclear we ask one short question rather than guess.

Is the quote free?
Yes. Quotes and design proofs are free, and asking for one does not commit you to ordering.
Can I get prices for several quantities?
Yes. List two or three quantities and we price each one, so you can see where the unit price drops.
What if I do not know the size I need?
Tell us the food and the portion, or send a photo of the packaging you use now. We work out a suitable size for you.
Can I ask for a quote on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the same details and a photo if you have one, and we reply there or by email.
How long is a quote valid for?
The validity period is stated on each written quote. If it has expired, ask and we will recheck the price.
Do you price delivery separately?
No. Delivery is free and tracked to UK addresses, so the price on your quote is the price for the packaging.
Can I attach my logo to the quote form?
Yes. Use the upload box on the form. PDF, AI, SVG, PNG and JPG files all work, up to 3 MB.
Will someone call me about my quote?
We reply by email, or on WhatsApp if you prefer, and you can call us on +44 7578 382054 if you would rather talk it through. We do not make unprompted sales calls.
Can I change the quantity after I receive the quote?
Of course. Reply with the new quantity and we send an updated price before you approve anything.
Do you quote for one-off events?
Yes. Weddings, festivals, launches and office events are all quoted the same way, so mention your event date in the notes.
